The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect the following information should you sign in: Name and email. You may enter names or other personal information into the system to be used in the posts, but these are not identified as names or processed in any way. We partner with Paddle to collect financial information for the purposes of billing.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the purpose of personalising your experience on the site. Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

Your information is securely stored. We keep name, email and any names you have entered for as long as you are active on the site. If you do not access the site in over a year or a year after stopping your subscription, your account will be deleted. We will then dispose your information by deleting the records from the secure database. We will record financial records for as long as legally required.
